Q.Leaves on My Fig Tree Are Turning Black?

Zone southern New Jersey | t_melchiorre added on September 4, 2012 | Answered

What do you think is happening to the leaves? I have had my fig tree for 5 years. We get good figs from our tree. The leaves on the tree are turning black and looking bad. We already have had a nice harvest of figs.

Sounds like it affected by a fungus, which can be treated with a fungicide like neem oil. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
