Leaves go brown

Why is it that my dark leaf coleus -the leaves come thru and go brown so I need to remove them so often.

The coleus is probably overwatered or the soil does not drain well. Either can cause root or stem rot, which will ultimately cause the demise of the plant.

Let the soil get surface dry between waterings. The leaves will start to go limp if it needs water before then. After watering, it will perk right up.
