Leaves Are Yellow on Hibiscus

Question

Why are the leaves on my Hibiscus turning yellow? I planted some and now they are turning yellow. I also bought some today and the leaves were turning yellow. Some leaves also have black spots. Don’t know if it’s bugs, fungus, too much water, etc.
