Leaves And Aerial Roots Growing Off Orchid Stem?

I noticed leaves growing on the flower less stem of my orchid, does it mean I can cut it off and planted to start a new plant? I have never seen this before! Please advice!

Yes! These are called keikis, and you can remove and repot them. Here is an article for more information:
