What kind of these orchid leaves?

I believe these to be weeds. They don't appear to have any features which would suggest that they are orchids. Where did you source your soil? if it came from anywhere that was outside, then it is highly possible that the soil was contaminated with seeds from the local weeds around that area.

The same goes for if the potting medium was recycled from another pot. Especially if it was ever outside.

In fact, they are more than likely wild violets. This would be my guess.
