Leaning Tree Rose

I have a tree rose leaning due to wind. How do I correct and then stake it to prevent this from happening again? The tree rose is approx. 5 ft, before pruning, and 5 years old. Thank you in advance for any help.

Using a garden fork, drive it down as far as it will go all the way around the rose tree. Then lift up on the side to straighten the rose tree back up. With a shovel did down and under the area just lifted very carefully so as not to harm any more roots that needed. Press/lightly pack in some bagged garden soils without fertilizer added to the mix. Pack it in lightly while hold the garden fork up under the root system. Usually takes two people to do this. Water lightly and lightly re-tamp the soils. Pull out the garden fork and allow the rose tree to settle back down. Lightly step all the way around the tree rose with your foot and water it all lightly. Then stake as you would a young tree. After a couple months you can take off or loosen the staking as the roots should be set. To keep it from happening again, you will likely need to put an ornate trellis on that side it was leaning to for extra support. The top of the tree rose is likely just too big and lush to be supported totally by the root system below, so it needs the help of the trellis.
