Hi we have 2 wisterias that have started blooming its spring here, one is thriving and healthy the other started with browny-green,limp leaves. Mottled leaves can mean spider mites. Spray your plant with Neem oil, that should help. It also could be the beginning of powdery mildew, but Neem oil would help that, too. Also inspect the leaves carefully for aphids or scale.
