Sometimes just spraying well with water is enough to knock them off. Pesticides don't work, but Worry Free, which you used, says it is also a miticide. Check the label to be sure it was applied correctly. Another option if you still have trouble is to spray with Neem oil.
The leaf drop may have occurred due to an overuse of the spray or if a concentrate was not diluted.
