Leaf Disease on Lime Tree

Anonymous added on November 19, 2012 | Answered

I have a small lime tree in a pot. All of a sudden the leaves developed a dirty brown coating on top and a thick crusty white coating on the underside. How do I treat this disease?

It sounds like you have either mealybugs or scale on the underneath leaf and prrobabbly sooth mold. Neem oil will treat both. the following article should be helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/lime/problems-lime-trees.htm
