Q.leaf damage

hello
i just re-potted this tree seedling .
and found that leaf edges yellowed a few days later .
see attached photo please.
what is the cause?

Because the yellowing and browning are starting from the leaf tips and edges, the cause is likely one of the problems discussed in this article:

Make sure the soil is well drained and that water draining out through the drainage holes is discarded so it does not absorb back into the soil- that can cause salt buildup. Also avoid overfertilizing, because excessive fertilizer can "burn" the plant, causing yellow or brown leaf edges.
