Q.Lawn Damaged By Bill Bugs
About 3/4 of my large lawn has been killed by billbugs. I have extensive dead grass. It was treated to kill the bugs. Should I have the dead grass raked up and fresh soil installed or should I just have it aerated and reseeded? I can’t find anyone in my area that really knows what to do. Thank you.

I think you meant sod instead of soil. It is up to you. Sod would be quicker but more expensive. Either method will work. The article below gives pros and cons.
