Lawn Bugs

Question

I scarified my lawn and the next morning there were lots of small orange/yellow bugs on the ends of the grass blades and further down. We are unable to identify what these are. Are you able to help identify them and how to treat the? We used a bug spray and then later we sprinkled the lawn and next day they weren’t around but they have again reappeared about 3 days later. Please see attached pictures.
