I replaced my sewer line last year, so the lawn was dug up. The sod was saved and replaced when finished. Grass looks good but I now have a lighter green stripe bisecting my lawn. Why?

It may be that when the sod was laid, there was a slight gap between pieces that has allowed other grasses to start growing in that little strip. This article may help
