I’m trying to get rid of weeds like crabgrass, dandelions, etc… out of my lawn, so used scotts halt crabgrass down, but I’m still seeing weeds. I would like to reseed, which i think will eliminate some of the weeds… but I’m afraid the seeds may not germinate. Please give suggestions.

You are not alone in the frustration of a lawn full of weeds.
We have some great articles that will help you make herbicide choices and how to improve your lawns health.

I would also encourage you to check with your County Extension if you are unsure of the weed types. They can help you with identifying weeds in your region and how best to treat.
I will also list a link to help you locate your nearest office.
