Lavender Leaves Has Circular Brown Spots

Question

Found these circular brown spots on lavender leaves in pic Any ideas what is causing this? Upon inspecting plant I only spotted a spittle bug with its foam. I don’t know if the spittle bug is responsible for these leaf brown dotted spots or something else Any ideas

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to diagnose the issue. I can say that it does sound a bit like a bacterial infection. This can, often, be corrected using fungicides.
