Lavender

I have had a lavender plant for the past couple of years. Last year is grew beautifully. I cut a lot of it and took it into the house. This year it is just a stub and nothing seems to be happening to it. Have I killed it? I live in southern Ontario.

pruning should not kill a lavender. If your winter was wet and cold, and the plant was less than very well drained, it drowned. Lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage, tarragon and oregano are notorious for dying during a wet cold winter.
