Q.Late Maybe, Early June Blooms
I was thinking of planning an arrangement of live plants, instead of just flowers for my girls birthday on June 1st. Does anyone have a list of plants that typically bloom around that time?

Go for roses and peonies—they love the warm Florida climate and should start blooming by early June with full sun and well-drained soil. Lavender’s another solid choice, thriving in Zone 9b and kicking off its blooms late spring. Black-eyed Susans and hibiscus can also work, establishing quickly and adding vibrant color by June. Keep an eye on soil moisture and sun exposure, as Zone 9b can get hot, but these should give her a nice birthday surprise!
