Last Summer I Bought 2 Star Jasmin. One Made It Thru The Winter Outside, The Other Is Really Struggling.

There are a few green leaves down at the bottom, but the stems above seem to be dead and brittle. Can I save it, if yes, please provide instructions how

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. If there is any life to it, at all, then it can be saved.

Prune any dead, or brittle, growth. After this, the only thing will be to provide proper care.
