Liriope or Monkey Grass

Question

Will it grow when planted where there is no sun? And, will it survive a bad freeze?
I need to plant it where nothing else will grow because of lack of sun. I live in Dallas.

It will, most definitely, survive over winter in your area. It will do ok in partial shade but it really likes the sun. They are drought tolerant to an extent, but I recommend keeping them watered regularly. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me here or at [e-mail]
