Q.Large-sized cherry tomatoes

Anonymous added on August 27, 2015 | Answered

One year we bought tomato plants that were mislabeled. They turned out to be larger than cherry tomatoes, but not as large as plum tomatoes. We have no idea what variety they might have been and wondered if you might know. They were much sweeter/tastier than any tomatoes we’ve ever had and we would like to plant them again! They were wonderful snacks for dieters. I hope you can help.

It may have been a tomato that is literally called "Large Red Cherry" tomato. It would fit with your description. Another possibility would be the Red German Cherry and Jolly Hybrid Cherry.
