Lantana Won’t Flower

Question

Lantana was covered in flowers when first purchased for butterflies. I would deadhead every day after the flowers dropped. Since then rather then flowers they are covered in growths as shown by photos. Very weird. There are no flowers. Just these growths. They are in a location that receives almost all day sun and heat. Thank you

I think that may be a bacterial disease called Aster's Yellow and spread by leafhoppers. Most people put them in the trash as there are no controls.
