lantana pruning

At Niagra Falls, I saw a lantana “tree”. I assume it was pruned to that effect. How long does this take or does someone sell them?

Lantana is grafted onto a root stock to form a Lantana standard.

Many garden centers carry these for sale each spring and summer.
