Lantana flower or petal

My sister is interested in adding Lantana flowers to her tea mixtures. Is it safe, and if not, what flowers could she use? Thank you.

The leaves of lantana can be used in herbal teas. As for other flowers/herbs that are used for teas, they include chamomile, lemon verbena, pennywort, mint, rosemary, jasmine, violets and lavender.
