Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have three hanging baskets of Lantana. One has rebloomed when deadheaded, but the other two have only produced pearl-like blackish ‘balls’ instead of flowers. Should I deadhead these black balls? Will flowers rebloom? The foliage is all green and they look healthy. . . just all green with no flowers. This is extremely disappointing, as I bought these for their beautiful color.

Yes, deadhead them frequently to optimize blooming.
Also cutting them back can rejuvenate the plants.
