Lack of flowers on oleander bushes

My oleander bushes are very healthy and look beautiful except that they do not produce flowers. What is the problem?

Have you fertilizer your Oleander?
To much nitrogen will cause lots of green leaves and no flowering.
You can promote flowering by adding Phosphorous. Bone Meal is a good way to add the needed Phosphorous.
