Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy Kumquat tree is developing these feathery white ends to the stems which almost look like feathery white leafed flowers. Are these normal or should I be cutting them off? Is there anyway that I can send you the picture of it?
