Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comA friend gave me some roses in December and they were outside, unwatered, still in pots looking real dry. Is there still hope they will bloom? Is there something I can do to assure they will grow and bloom? Thanks.

I would recommend watering them lightly. Then when the weather warms up a bit more (Spring) plant them in your garden or move them to bigger pots. Here are some article links for you too.
