Knockout Roses

Question

It is now end of Dec still blooms, yet yellowing and a different leaf look has been coming out in last 2 months. Planted in June.
Need to prune, do I cut all yellow stems and weird leaves off?

This is the wrong time for routine pruning but you should prune out dead, diseased and damaged canes as soon as they are observed. Without a picture, it is hard to comment on yellowing and "weird" leaves. It may be a soil deficiency in which case pruning will not help.
