knockout rose bushes

I planted knockout rose bushes last year and they looked awesome. This spring they bloomed very full and were beautiful but since the first bloom, they no longer have anymore new blooms on them. The leaves all have holes in them like something is eating them. Is this being caused by insects or something else? How can I treat them to get them back to a healthy blooming bush again?

Give them a treatment of Bayer Tree and Shrub granules per the label instructions for shrubs/ornamentals. Water it in well. Then in about 4 to 5 days water them with some water that has both a root stimulator and a product called Super Thrive in it. This should get things going and taken care of.
