Knock Out Roses

My knock out roses have quit blooming and the blooms that are on the bush are brown and dead. What do I need to do to get them blooming again?

They may be taking a rest break from the first big bloom cycle. Give them some kelp meal, 1/2 cup per bush worked into the soils and some organic rose food and water it all in.
