Knock out roses

Question

Planted 12 knock out roses. 2 side-by-side the fleshy part of the leaf is being eaten leaving the vein structure intact. Name or solution? Thank you

This looks like rose slug damage. Insecticides are available or you can try hand removal of the small green caterpillar-looking slugs. They usually feed on the underside of the leaf. Here is more info: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/rose-slugs.htm
