Q.Kiwi growing problem

I have a 7-8 year old plant that produced limited fruit in years 3-4 but none since then. I have been pruning it and tending to it but have noticed, in the past 3 years, that the male flowers bloom about 2-3 weeks after the female flowers, so I am not getting any pollination. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

The male and female plants should be the same cultivar in order to bloom at the same time.
