Birds sit on our chair backs and poop….help!

Hanging a windchime may help or reflective objects. Also, check for any good nesting cavities and block those. You can try a scarecrow near the porch. Also if you have feeders and a birdbath, move them as far as possible from the porch. Here are more ideas:
