Q.Karl Foerster Not Blooming.
We purchased ten Karl Foerster plants this spring and none of them have produced them blooms. Is it possible they were marked incorrectly?

There is always a possibility, but it does look like a young Karl Foerster. It could be too young to flower, and it might be next year before you see anything. If after next year it is still bare, then you might look to soil nutrient or pH imbalances.
