Just Would Like To Know If This Garden Job Looks Like It’s Professional

My 90 year old mum needed to make her garden easier to manage so we asked a gardener to create a more manageable garden . He quoted £240 which included a membrane and stones but he decided then not to do it . I asked him to do 2 other small jobs to make it safer for mum and he said the price would be as agreed . So when he “finished ” the job he said that it would be £300 because of extra jobs We’ve had rain and now the earth is falling down the steps as you can see in photograph . He was given £100 now wants the other £200 . Do you think this looks right and what should I do

We really aren't the ones to comment about a business arrangement. But if you aren't happy with his work, I would talk to him about it.
