Just wondering what this flower is.

I bought a packet of Sunflower seeds, Giants, planted them, and as they grew I didn’t think they were Sunflowers, especially giants! Now I’m wondering what these actually are! They are beautiful but just not the giant sunflowers I wanted. Any help will be appreciated.
