Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted a joe pye weed last year and the leaves are being eaten. I used an organic pest killer but it doesn’t seem to help. We have had an unusual amount of rain. Could this be a cause?

Neem Oil treatment should take care of most sucking insects on your plants.
You can reapply weekly to help control the pests.
The rain my have washed off your application of the insecticide.
