Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWill this plant survive if it is cut down several years in a row in late Spring. I noticed not much is coming up this year, 2017. A beautiful field of it is mowed down for a one day use each Spring for parking. I have pleaded witht these people to no avail. At least they will leave it now for the milkweed and other wildflowers.

Yes, the plants may die off if they have been cut down for several years.
