Jasmine Leaves Turning Red and Dropping

I have a Trachelospermum jasminoides. I have had it about 4 years and each summer many leaves turn red, then brown and fall off. New growth is okay and plenty of blooms. I have tried feeding it with Maxicrop extract of seaweed plus, but it has not improved. I would be grateful for any advice.

Some trachelospermum species’ leaves turn red as they get older, so long as you’ve got healthy new growth coming on, it should be okay.
