Q.jasmine bush about 4.5′ tall
It has bloomed beautifully last three years but I noticed recently that all the leaves were covered in a black powder substance. I don’t know if it was a mold type, but all decor on my porch had it. This happened over the winter, but never before. I washed off each leaf with water and thought it would be ok but the leaves are dry and dropping. I have been watering it, so I don’t think it’s that. What can I do to liven it up? I will miss its beautiful blooms this year, hope I can save it, with your help.
Thank you much
