Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe want know how to tell if our plant is well or dying. It’s all brown to it’s base and we don’t see any new growth after this winter. So is it too soon to see new growth or should we pull it and get a new one every year

Unless you have winter Jasmine, these will only survive in zones 9, and 10 which are pretty much tropical. If this is not a winter type, then it will have to be replaced every year. If this is a winter variety, then it should come back about now. Break a stem until you reach any green at all. If there is none, then the plant is likely dead.
