Tips of leaves are dark brown. What can I do to fix this?

This shrub is susceptible to fungus diseases.

Make sure the soil is well draining and that the roots are not sitting in soggy soil.
Air circulation helps in the overall health.
Avoid overhead watering.
Remove and dispose of any dead plant material.
Apply a fungicide if the issue is severe.
