Japanese maple trees

I have moths in my tree. What is the solution to get rid of them?

Look for defoliation of branches and leaves. If you see silk bags attached to the branches and twigs of your maple, these are usually the handiwork of bagworms. In numbers they can defoliate entire trees. The bags are covered in twigs and pieces of leaves. The worms, themselves, look like black caterpillars and usually grow to no more than 1 inch in length.
