Can I use Wilt Stop on my Japanese maple to keep the leaves from scolding?

To protect your full-sun maple, keep the soil evenly moist. Mulching well will help retain moisture. As the tree ages, you will see less leaf scorch.

You can try Wilt Stop but it may be too late now to spray. It should be applied in spring. If you spray it now, do it during the coolest part of the day and water the tree well before applying.
