Q.Japanese Iris

Is it ok to dig up and move Japanese iris now? I live in SE KS on the Oklahoma line. Our threat of freeze is over.

You can transplant them now, but the best time to transplant them is in late summer. Right now, if you transplant them they have a greater chance of getting bacterial soft rot than they would in late spring.
