Japanese Holly

Question

My new Japanese Holly balls shedded all its leaves, I changed pots and took them into the garage and they have both started to re sprout, what’s going on will they survive if I put them outside again

They didn't like something about their care - too much or too little water, container too small, too much sun, or even root rot. I've included an article on Japanese holly care that gives care tips, as well as an article on diseases of hollies that should help.
