Jade tree.

Last summer I took a jade tree cutting to make a bonsai style plant. While rooting all the leaves ended up falling off and new growth has started.
My question is how would a person stimulate growth growth on certain branches or one side. And is there anything I could do to make the leaves grow quicker?

There isn’t a lot to do to force growth on one side, but on occasion, plants will respond to knicking the area that you want to leaf out by putting out growth there. It won’t hurt the plant, but it could stimulate growth, or it could do nothing.
