Q.jade plant care

Zone 01501 | vjp8381 added on June 19, 2016 | Answered

I grew my jade from a leaf inside and it was doing wonderfully until I decided to put it in the sun outdoors for one day. Now the leaves have turned a brown in the center and it looks like it will die. Did I do something wrong by putting it in full sun for a day?

The bright sunlight outdoors was too much too soon for your indoor Jade.
It's best to transition the plants to an outdoor location.

The plant is burned from the sun. You will need to wait and see what may die off.
