Q.Jade plant

Zone lake katrine NY | JD57 added on November 18, 2016 | Answered

I know nothing of Jade plants, but I recently received a large Jade tree. However, it has problems. The previous owner thought it had a bug and it might harm their other houseplants so she wanted me to toss this beautiful plant. I repotted it and I also sprayed it with a product from Bonide, tomato and vegetable ready to use 3 in 1 insecticide, fungicide, Miticide, and I thought it was doing fine. Now one of its branches has shriveled up and I am afraid I may lose this magnificent plant.

Did the plant receive some damage that may have caused the loss of a branch?
