Q.Jade indoor houseplant

Zone San Antonio, TX 78232 | Anonymous added on June 28, 2017 | Answered

My Jade plant has new leaves and sturdy branches and does not get watered except when soil is dry. Several days ago the entire plant (about 12 in. tall) began to lean over to the point where I have put a brace under the plant to keep it erect. What is going on? Except for the leaning condition it seems to be in good shape with new leaves emerging and strong main branches.
Thanks for any help.

This is likely a need for more water for your plant. During the active growing months, your plant will need a bit more water. Make sure you are watering the entire root ball and then allow it to dry between waterings.
